The hotel is centrally located to the Trevi Fountain and Spanish Steps. You can walk to everything. Very easy to get around. Staff was great. The only issue is their are very few English speaking channels which is all across Italy. However, beyond that I would strongly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants a nice boutique hotel with easy access to most of the places in Rome. My wife and I even walked to the Vacatian.

excellent location with friendly service
The location couldn't be better, just steps away from major attractions. The staff were attentive. The breakfast selection was good, with a variety of fresh options to start the day. I particularly enjoyed the view from my room.

Nice hotel just below the piazza Barbarini. There is one of Rome's finest spas, the Kami Spa, literally in front of the hotel. You simply walk all the way through the restaurant Enoteca Barbarini (ok restaurant as well for a nice dinner), go out the back door, and it's there. Phenomenal massages, excellent decor, great service there as well. Location is the best part, it's near everything. We rented a scooter and it was a great hub for our travels.
Their breakfasts weren't the best (at least what one might expect from a 4 star hotel) but they weren't bad either.

The staff was helpful, providing advice on the best dining spots just steps away. Our classic queen room had a nice walk-out balcony that added a cozy touch to our stay. The evening bar service was fantastic, too!

Located in a prime area, this cozy hotel is just a short walk to key attractions. The buffet breakfast is excellent, with a variety of delicious options and quality coffee, a pleasant surprise in Italian lodgings. Staff are friendly and always ready to assist. The location is in a traffic-restricted zone, which may pose challenges for parking, and being in a busy area, noise levels can vary throughout the day.

Great location. Almost no noise at night even due the hotel located on a main road. We got the room with the balcony who hold the hotel flag, it was a nice surprise to receive it. Due the room was a bit small. The bathroom was nice.
The room was a bit small. A bit of noises from the main road. Almost none. No English TV channel, not even CNN..
